This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and how to exercise your rights. We collect the minimum necessary.

As a company established in the United Kingdom, Univers Numérique LP applies the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and, for people located in the European Union, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected and purposes

• Free audit form: your website address, business and city, business email. This data is used to carry out your audit, send you an acknowledgement email and contact you about it. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
• LucIA, our AI assistant: the messages you write to her are sent to our artificial intelligence provider to generate her answers. Univers Numérique does not keep these conversations. Your IP address is used for a few moments, without being stored, to limit abuse. Avoid sharing personal or sensitive information with LucIA. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in informing visitors to the website.
• Booking a call: when you book a slot, your name, email and the information you provide are used to organise the meeting. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
• Email or WhatsApp exchanges: the information you send us is used only to answer your request. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
• Business prospecting: we may contact companies likely to be interested in our services. We then use only business contact details (company name, website, business email and phone, activity, city) from public sources such as business directories, online business listings and company websites. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in developing our business. You can object at any time, without giving a reason, by writing to us or via the unsubscribe link in our messages.

Your data is never sold or rented.

Recipients and service providers

Your data is accessible only to the Univers Numérique team. We use technical service providers that process it on our behalf:

• Cloudflare: website hosting and security, cookie-free audience measurement, running LucIA;
• Google (Google Workspace): receiving audit requests, emails and call booking;
• Anthropic: artificial intelligence used by LucIA;
• Meta (WhatsApp): exchanges when you contact us via WhatsApp;
• IONOS: email.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union and the United Kingdom, in particular in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the regulations, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or recognised certification mechanisms.

Retention period

Data related to an audit, booking or contact request, as well as prospecting data, is kept for a maximum of three years after our last exchange, then deleted. Conversations with LucIA are not kept by Univers Numérique.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to us atcontact@universnumerique.digital. We reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country, for example the ICO in the United Kingdom or the CNIL in France.
